Dundrum Town Centre is the largest-ever commercial development in Ireland and one of the most comprehensive suburban regeneration schemes ever undertaken in either Ireland or the UK.

Incorporated into the 17 acre site is a 281,747sq.m structure comprising 90,000sq.m retail area; 12-screen multiplex cinema; 23,000sq.m office space; more than 30 restaurants; a 200-seat theatre; 27 apartments; medical centre; daycare centre; adult education centre; pub, and underground carparking for 3500 cars.                 

This was a large render operation for GMP Ltd taking over 12 months to complete and combined acrylic and scratch render systems in its design. This project won the prestigious award of International Shopping Centre of the year which GMP are obviously very proud to have been part of the award winning team.
